Pricing and Policies

Standard RV full hook-up site price is based on 2 adults & 3 children under the age of 16 or 4 adults. Each additional person will be charged $5 per person per night with a maximum of 6 people per site as is the state law. Standard site includes 1 camping unit and 1 vehicle. Extra vehicles will be charged $3 per night.

Larger group tent sites are charged per person per night. Children under 5 years old camp for free. 1 vehicle for every 3 people for group tent area. Extra $3 per vehicle for more.

Must know the number of people who are camping.

Pop-ups need to be on full hook-up RV site if want to use electricity.

 

Camping Reservation Policy

A credit card will be required at the time of the reservation. For weekend camping, the entire camping fee will be charged to that credit card 48 hours prior to arrival date. For large groups we suggest the group leader collect money ahead of time to avoid any problems. Upon request an email or mail confirmation will be forward.

 

Cancellation Policy

For camping we have a 48 hour cancellation period. If you notify us prior to 48 hours nothing will be charged, otherwise the full amount will be charged. Sorry no refunds for weather. Please Note: We have a waiting list for most weekends, if you need to cancel, even if it's less then 48 hours from your scheduled arrival date, please call us...we will work with you, as we know cancellations are inevitable. If we can fill your site, you'll only be charged the $10.00 service charge. If you are able to reschedule for a future date, in the same year...we will not charge you anything.

 

Rules and Regulations

 

• Quiet Hours: 11 pm - 8 am
• Wristbands must be worn to access the swim pool
• No outside music after 10 pm
• No bikes, roller blades, skate boards, golf carts etc. on sidewalks, patios and under pavilions.
• No Glass bottles allowed in the campground, pavilion or pool area.
• Clean up your site before you leave. Dumpsters and recycle center is available for your use.
• No fireworks.
• Respect your neighbors. Don't walk through your neighbors campsite and keep voices and music levels respectful.
• Treat your neighbors like you would like to be treated.
• No off-road vehicles including ATV's, go-carts and mini bikes. Electric and gas golf carts are allowed with proof of insurance.
